Return service is provided by the seller who sells their items on www. fashionnormal.com on return ,refund and exchange is provided by those seller which sells their item on www. fashionnormal.com.the return policy of all products is on product page,beside that there are some return policy which may be applicable.

(vii) no scratch | No scratch anywhere like on mobile,laptop screen or any other product. |
3.some more rule for return
(i) the product which will be installed by service partner,do not open the product.serice partner will installed and unbox the product.
(ii)do not accept the different products and damaged product at the time of accepting product which is open box delivery,you will get refund ,but when you will accept the products,there will be no return or refund at all in any circumstances.
(iii) fine arts and sports products can be return or replacement by seller responsibility.
4.some products have no return policy due to nature of product ,product page will show the return policy of that product otherwise general return policy.
5.in some product which is used for personal information is torn should format before replacement,it is the sole responsibility of customer,company will not be liable at all for any misused.
